Shipping

$3.95 Shipping on Any Order to contigous US addresses. Please contact us for shipping quotes to other locations. You will, of course, have the opportunity to confirm all charges prior to final checkout. Please contact me for possible additional shipping charges outside the US.

Payment Options

Two payment options are available: PayPal and payment by mail. We accept standard forms of payment by mail such as Money Order, Cashier Checks, and personal checks. We reserve the right to hold personal checks for clearance prior to shipping. All checks and/or money orders and cashier's checks should be made payable to JOHN GROUNDS and sent to the following address:

Returns and Damage Claims

We are unable to offer returns relating to Water Bottle Stand products.  Please contact us concerning returns of other products.

If your package was damaged during shipping, and it was shipped via UPS GROUND Services, we will assume the responsibility for filing the insurance claim on your behalf. If it was shipped via USPS Services, we will provide you with the appropriate paperwork to file the claim on your end, as USPS requires the recipient file damage claims.
